in
stock,
you

receive

after

receive
payment.
Upon
receipt
of
your
order,
we
will
advise
you
by
e-mail

fax
as
to
delivery
status.
Packages
will
be
shipped
by
regular
air
mail,
which
usually
takes
10-14
days
to
North
America,
unless
your
request
a
faster
service.
Israel's
Express
Mail
Service
(EMS)
usually
takes
3-5
days
to
North
America.

so

to
pay
customs
or
import
duty
on

Returns
At
Decoupage
for
the
Soul,
we
stand
behind
our
products,
our
service
and
our
customers.
If,
for
any
reason,
you
are
not
completely
satisfied
with
your
gift,
we'll
exchange
it
or
refund
the
cost
of
your
item
-
provided
that
you
return
the
item
to
us
within
2
weeks
of
your
receiving
it.
